To whom it may concern;
I have purchased two Sony PS3s in the last six years. After the first one I bought in 2007 stopped working (due to a problem that Sony were not willing to take responsibility for), I bought another in 2011. From the first one, the controller that came with it is the best quality. It still has a bit of wear and tear but that is acceptable.
The second controller bought two years later in 2009 is now the same as the third that came with the PS3 I have from 2011. The covers on the left stick tore easily; the stick has moulded into some funny shape and gets stuck. The first one to have this problem was the one I have the least amount of time. I'm seeing a bit of a pattern. The pattern is that the newer the product, the poorer the quality. With that in mind, should I get a PS4 or will I be disappointed again?
Please take note that I have owned a PSone and PS2 for many years and have never had these problems.
Disappointed customer.
