I want to thank Samsung repair center Woodmead. I took my TV to them after the remote stopped functioning. They where friendly and efficient during the booking process. They also advised me that my TV in fact has a 3 year warranty (I purchased it with the impression from the shop that it's only 1 year). They allowed me to mail them the proof of purchase as I did not have it with me (being under the before mentioned impression) The TV was fixed and working within 1 day and I now have a perfect TV again. Thanks guys!!
