Dear Samsung

Firstly I would not like to log this as a complaint but rather a query. I absolutely love my S3 and so does my boyfriend, we took out two contracts with our service provider and 5 days later we woke up to a cracked screen with no explanation, we could not have dropped it as we were lying on a mattress on the floor as we had guests over. I pay quite a lot every month but the phone is worth the price however once i sent my phone into my service provider we have had nothing but trouble, the phone doesnt have a scratch on it but now we have to pay to fix it. We honestly cant afford to fix the screen, is there nothing that our service provider was meant to do for us. Im finding it very upsetting that I am now stuck with a cracked screen and 23 months payment still ahead. Please offer me some guidance here.
