I purchased a Jbl Spyro unit in Feb at their clearance sale. Two months later the unit just stopped working. I returned it for repairs which took longer than they said and I had to do all the following up. Eventually I got a call to say the unit is ready for collection. When I collected it I didn't check the box as I expected professional service from Audiovision based on the products they sell and the prices they charge. At home I found my brand new unit was exchanged for a 2nd hand unit. I went back and told Audiovision Tygervalley this was unacceptable. They said that they will sort the problem out. A week later I get a call to say I must come in where I get told to either accept the 2nd hand unit or they will give me my money back. The lack of interest towards me as a customer and the poor support of the Jbl Brand by Audiovision has lost me as a future customer and I will not refer anyone to them. I took my money back and left those in the store. May people boycott them!
