I am extremely unhappy with the service that I received from this company. I had a installation done on the 19 June 2013. On the 22 June the TV link eye broke and didn't work so I couldn't change channels from the other TV. I phone it in and your technician come out this morning (27 June 2013) to look at the just to inform me that because I move the cable from the TV to the DVD player, so that I also can see the channels on my DVD player that they need to charge me. This to me ARE TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE as they now are blaming there faulty unit on me. The eye was working fine in the DVD player till Saterday.

Also the way the technitian spoke to me like I am an idoit is also not acceptable. It felt like he thinks I don't know anything and that I am trying to be a cheat. The voucher that you get with when you buy this at Makro they are also lying to you, becuase when they start the installation you will get the shock that that voucher basicaly covers nothning. I had to pay in an extra R1000 for the installation. DON'T USE THESE PEOPLE!!!
