In desperate need of a meat mincer for my father-in-law I was very hesitant to contact a company I found on Price Check as I had never used Price Check and never heard of Purple Fly Trading. I sent an email from the website and forgot about it, not thinking I would get a response. Shaen-Claude Steyn responded within a few hours and was more than happy to answer all my questions and really went out of his way to find me more than one quote to fit in my budget. Delivery was prompt and follow up was done by Shaen-Claude the very next day. I haven't received good service like this in a while!
