Phone chowing my data without any internet access

Hi

I am a A GALAXY S3 holder..I am not happy with the phone at the moment it was freezing and was unable to open play store i did factory set up with my stuff backed up and 1 i did not get my backed up items (previously when i did this i got my stuff) and my second most frustrating issue is that the phone has been chowing my bundles and airtime in such a ridiculous manner. I received 200 airtime and 200 mb on 21 June 2013 but by the 23 June it had all disappeared without me using it. i called mtn since they are my service provider and they said they are unable to assist me as this is a software issue. Please assist as this is so frustrating.
