I have reported a faulty product (wall panel heater) which could have ended up in a dangerous situation.
Salton head-office phoned me and re-imbursed and compensated me for the loss I had. It was also confirmed that 8500 of these units were sold the last year and that mine was only the 3rd comeback they had on it.
They believe in their brand and made me do so as well.
