I logged a call on Hellopeter a month ago. After some initial contact and questions I was ignored for 2 weeks.
I logged another call and then get all teh same questions.
Its been two weeks since then and my situation is still not solved. It seems like all LG is interested in is evading their resposnisbilities. I feel as if LG does not care about their customers. Seems like they will use any excuse possible. Judith, Please escalate my complaint as you dont seem to want to solve my problems but rather look for excuses not to do what LG should have in the first place.
