Arabic phone and charger arrived one month late

I ordered a cell phone from iGear and waited over a month for it. I tried to call and recevied empty promises about when it would be delivered etc. as well as poor excuses (Easter...). When the phone did arrive it was bright red (and not black), the key board was arabic as was the manual and the charger was not compatible for South Africa. Extremely poor service... don't use them!
