I have a Samsung smartphone. It frequently either loses signal or dies for no apparent reason. When I contacted the call centre some time ago the person said he also had a similar phone and the only thing I can do is to remove the battery, replace it and restart the phone. Is this standard with Samsung phones? If so I want it replaced with a Nokia as I refuse to have to do this 4 or 5 times a day.
