About a month ago I got Apliance buddyz to give me the a quote on repairing my dishwasher. Within hours I got the quote and paid it the same day. Today may appliance is still in pieces with parts everywhere. Communication is bad. Cannot get hold of them and they do not call me back. I got charged for a expensive pump that we fond was not faulty. The problem seem to be a blockage somewhere instead. When I do get hold of them to arrange a appointment they do not pitch up. I took a day off to be home so they can fix my machine but they did not pitch.
The repair plus time off at work is costing me R3000 already
Think twice before you use them.
