This company openly defrauded us out of R1400. Saying they have fixed our LG washing machine and we must not use it for 24 hours and then it will be fine, but insisting on receiving payment the same day. When used the next day it was not even touched. The same broken oily part still in the machine.
Cost me an additional R1400 to get another service company out, to replace the broken gearbox they supposedly did, as well as going to a "wishy washy" with 8 people's washing for a period of 4 weeks over the Christmas break, while trying to get hold of them.
The repairs has a guarantee on it, but only managed to get hold of the guy ONCE on his cell by middle January and he promised to repay the money by the end of January/February.
Still waiting and cannot get hold of anybody. They do not respond to phone calls or emails or comments on their website.
