I was having problems with my Samsung Galaxy Tablet so I took it to the Samsung Smartcare centre in Century City, all the while preparing myself for a lenghty and expensive process. Three days later I have it back in better than new condition, repaired free of charge and with upgraded software. Between dropping it off and collecting it, I was helped by Nicky, Pierre and Shuaib, all of whom were friendly, helpful, professional and efficient.
Whilst collecting my device, another customer was causing a major scene over the problem he was having, being unnecessarliy loud, unreasonable and borderline abusive to the staff. The manager on duty handled the whole situation like a complete professional and they went to great lengths to try and sort him out even though he was acting like a four year old who had his blankie taken away.
Give them all a raise! Great job, Samsung.
