Pathetic Customer Service

1st 2 calls went to voicemail. left message and no return. eventually got trough to set appointment for installation. had to follow up to get a date for installation on 3 occasions. finally set date for Friday the 7th at 15:30. Got a call from your call centre at 12:00 to say the installers are early and at my house now. i could not attend as i was at work and it was not the scheduled time. lady said then installation can not take place. after speaking to manager i manage to get time off work and confirmed that we can meet at the house at 14:30. As I arrived at the new time as sheduled by your manager another manager phoned me to say the installers left earlier and installation will not take place.

Your standard of service is shockingly pathetic and your staff incompetent.. you should be embarrassed to call yourself a service provider.

i have sent an formal complaint to [Email Removed] and asked to have it escalated to the highest level

Someone in charge of that organiztion needs to know what a total mess you make when dealing with clients
