I wrote to Samsung (via their website form for email) and have not had the courtesy of a reply.
"Dear Sir, I purchased several Samsung products (2 TVs and a BlueRay Player) from Audiovision in Waterfront Cape Town, and simply put, their service is not worthy of your product. I have had problems since December, and have been to their store a number of times, with someone promising to phone back, but this never happens.
I even suggested that a Samsung technician visit me at my cost, and again my details was noted, but I was never contacted.
May I ask a Samsung representative contact me. "
Your website states "strong values and high ethical standards" - well, live up to it!
I now have a faulty TV which I do not want to take back to Audiovision, fearing that their terrible service will reflect on what, I suppose could be, a good product. What do I do?
