I recently broke a part on my Samsung Fridge, I had no idea what the serial number was of the item so I took a picture on my phone and called the Samsung Head Office. They redirected me to MM All Electronics.

I sent the image to Phindile who tracked down the part and I was able to collect in 48 hours
