My tv packed up and i decided to take it in myself and cut off the middle man, wow what a service I got from the sinotech dispatch team in Midrand. From the guy who helped me to carry the tv in from my car to the one who booked it in till it was booked out, they know exactly what does customer excellency mean, they were so so helpfull, they listned and assisted me in everyway. Now from this experience i tell you my house will only use Sinotech. Please give the team my appreciation, i did tell them how thankful I am but if it comes from management it will sure keep them motivated that their deeds are acknowledged.
