I order an induction cooker and Pot and pan set via Groupon from Nu world. Unfortunately one of the lids arrived with only the knob of the lid broken. I contacted Nu world via their website and asked how to go bout replacing this. Hilton got hold of Francois, his representative in my area and immediately arrange for a replacement part to be delivered. This was done the NEXT day.
Please take note of what customer service should be!!!
