On 6 December 2012, I bought a Prima single plate induction cooker form Groupon. I did receive the conformation that they received the order and it was also paid for on 6 December 2012. On 23 January 2013, I've send an email to tell them that I did not receive my Prima single plate induction cooker. They immedaitely responded that they are busy with the December deliveries. I also got an email asking to rate their response service... Yesterday, 5 February 2013 I did send an email again, but got no response. I'm one of the clients that tried Groupon but will never again!
