LET DOWN BY APPLE (CORE) BAD REPAIR SERVICE

I took my iPad in for repairs as the volume slider in music was no visible and my device could not play any of my music on the device. I told him that occasionally it would play but stop producing sound during playback. I told the assistant at the tech desk about the issue and he conducted a re-install/restore on the device (which I had done based on information on Apples website), the volume slider returned and music played for about 3 minutes before the problem re-emerged (volume slider not visible and no sound from the device). He booked the iPad in for repairs and detailed what he had done and the issue on the job card which I have a copy of, and sent it to repairs.

I went to collect my iPad today (14th May) to collect my device and saw that the job card indicated that they had done exactly what the assistant at tech in Sandton had done and that the problem was resolved. i switched on the device played a song and nothing, the problem still persisted.

I'm really not happy with the service rendered as it seems that no proper diagnosis was done, and that the person/s servicing the device didn't bother to read the info on the job card. Repair ref no. R089678
