In this day and age with e commerce the possibilities are huge; unfortunately this opens up doors for artists to people out of money.
The only way this can be improved is if people give their own feedback on their experience so other potential customers can know if they are going to get.
The opposite is also true; people who have positive feedback can give other potential customers a degree of confidence that the company they are dealing with is legit and operational.
