I purchased a new HD Decoder as a present just over a month back & I also purchased an installation voucher from Makro for them because I did not want installers ripping them off.
Blingstallation established that the communal system in my parents apartment was incorrectly installed. A quote was submitted to the Body Corporate to resolve the problems identified by BlingStallation & due to communication issues between BlingStallation and the Body Corporate, BlingStallation declined to provided any services to the Body Corporate. The quote was for R1600 odd Rands I think,
The CEO, Kaveen Jimmy, heard about this from his staff & I understand that he was aware of my parents age & my dads medical condition. He arranged for his team to go to my parents apartment & install for them their very own dedicated HD Satellite Dish at no cost whatsoever!!!
