Pathetic service

I purchased a samsung galaxy tab2 7" p3100 in about november last year. going threw the manual followed steps etc. Was working fine my son loved the tablet. I got robbed on Friday and they it so I called my provider and they said I must contact samsung as they can track it. We called and they said if you not registered you unfortunately cant. My biggest complaint is that NO ONE TOLD ME TO REGISTER IT OR HOW TO. It does not say so in the manual, so you offering a srevice that we cant use because you dont tell us about it. Now I as well as my son is being deprived because you are unable to track it yet I have my serial number etc. Pure eg. I bought a phillips shaver for my partner and in the manual/booklet it states please register product online. I was by a Samsung gentle man in the mall and he went threw the manual and it did not say you must, let alone how to do it and it seemed quite tricky, i get to call centres no body helps, I call head office they tell me only for staff members, this is pathetic service and want my device replaced as you have not specified to register so it can be tracked.
