I called finance section as my son has been trying to request paid funds to be transferred from Residence account to tuition fees. The lady who assisted me was very rude I requested her to be at her normal senses because the reason for my call is to get answers and settle the account, high temper tone expresses infidelity. This is just unacceptable the service in institution is just unbearable especially when you are at their campus very rude and today it was worse. I waited for almsost 15 min on hold whilst the Monsley lady says she was looking at my statement at the end she tells me to call another number this is just unproffessional and Bad
