During february I enquired at IQ Academy about the Marketing Management Course and a consultant called me to inform me about the pricing and how it works. She insisted on taking all my details over the telephone of which I gave her and later that day I enquired with the Dept of Higher Learning about whether the were accrediated to offer the course that I wanted but to my surprise they were only accrediated to offer Hairdressing. When I called them the next day to cancel they didnt give me a chance to cancel but they told me i am liable to pay R996.00. To top it all the academy has deducted R399.00 from March to cover the cancellation fee, What a bad service i received from the academy, how can they deduct my account for service not rendered to me and its not my fault that they are not accrediated to offer the course that I wanted to study with them, i need them to stop deducting money from my account for service not rendered.
