I register at Ed-U Option Academy in 2009 through study loan that I applied for at work. I received their modules and was due to write exam in May 2009.Before the exams starts I received a phone call from the Academy saying they do not offer their services to first time learners. I reported the matter to my HR department but the money was already paid to their account. I have tried several times to claim my money without success. I do not understand why they took my money offer their modules and say I do not qualify after receiving my payment. Why would I apply to get only modules that I wont even use, please help me get my R4, 900.00 back.
