Lack of response

I applied online for the first time last year around october for admission in first semester. i only got a student number and no more response from unisa until today. i emailed applications and they said i have outstanding certificate. i dont understand because in november 2012 i went to unisa newcastle and submitted all documents that they required, including the one they say is outstanding. please advice me on the way forwad because i wish to start in second semester. my student number is 53085019
