On 4 October 2012 I sent an email enquiry to Unisa and only got a response on 12 April 2013.
The feeback I finally got was incorrect and not applicable - like they didnt even take the time to properly read the email in the first place (even though they had 5 MONTHS).
I replied to the email immediately stating that the information is incorrect and asking them to resend the correct info. Since then I have not heard another peep from them.
I find it unbelievable that they cannot even answer a simple question and that I had to wait so long to get ANY sort of feedback!
