Poor response/service

I have applied for a course at UNISA and ever since I want some info or response I phoned various numbers as per their website, but the phone is constantly ringing or nobody can help me. I have received some assistance from Potch branch, Thanks Tebogo. I had to follow up after 2 weeks of application if it was successful, and Tebogo from Potch assisted and e-mailed me the response which was positive. I made the payments for registration and after 11 days since payment, am still not registered although my payment was received in order according to Unisa.
I have sent an email to [email protected] - no response received after a week.
I have 3 months before I write exams, and still no response, no books, nothing! I have phoned their enquiry number, a computer voicemail gives options to send an sms or email. Email was useless and still no reply from sms as well.
How can UNISA call themselves a professional institution if they cannot even communicate with their students. This is unacceptable! I do not have any words to describe my disappointment.
