First off, I would like to commend the Unisa Hello Peter administrator. I had a complaint in January this year and not only did I receive timeous feedback from the Unisa Hello Peter administrator, my issue was resolved the next day as promised.
The problem I am still having, however, is that despite Unisa's assurance that registrations would be finalised by 8 February, mine still isn't. I had applied to do a BCom Honours on 12 December 2012, ref 12347NX01299, registered around the same time and paid my fees by 9 January. I also sent a follow up email enquiry to the study-info email address on 21 January to which I haven't received response.
I'm not too sure what further avenues to pursue with Unisa directly as I don't seem to receive any response. I am loathed to continually post my queries here but at least I receive a response and, hopefully, a resolution too. My student number is 34496831. Please help!
