Where my Investor RELATIONS at?

I have received absolutely no reply to my request sent to [Email Removed] on 23 April 2013. I sent the same enquiry on 9 May 2013. Still NO feedback/response. I called the Investors line, but they were not helpful at all.

I have a simple enquiry. I would appreciate a simple reply.
