I just received a letter from the finance department at UNISA saying that there are outstanding fees on my account. This doesnt make sense because when I log into the myunisa site, it shows that R0 fees are due. If your system says that R0 fees are due, how can you send me this letter?? Exams are litarily in a few weeks so how can I only receive this now and the payment date was 31 March 2013. Today is the 16th of April! Can someone please look into this and let me know what is going on as this is not accepatable at all.
