I requested that you provide proof that you acted in accordance with the instructions or information provided to you by Call Voice Africa at a time when you into my accounted & debited R99.99 You sent me details belonging to someone else (names & id number) this showed you've been debiting my account wrongfully- what an atrocious mistake!
