The ID Number supplied to me L4255296 - NSIBANYONI NSIBANYONI -ID Number: 1303201266084 indicate that the holder is 100years old, born (1913-03-20) how on earth could you debit such person's account without a? The holder is not liable for any debt!!! (Legally retired) Now you tell me if this was a mistake? This is pure marinated in gross negligence & lack of respect of other people's privacy. How can you expect fair, abstemious and sedate reporting when you throwing missiles at people. Please! instead of bringing a strong mitigating factor for your atrocious actions you actually demanding an apology? I fail to understand why my report was edited after I kindly asked you & you're so called clients to stop this practise. You have no idea how much pain you cause to innocent citizens when they have to walk to & fro the bank to try & stop your illegal Dos.
