I was debited on 31 July from TOP ADS through Stratcol. Since I inquired (about 2 weeks back) i have not had a single email or phone call from Top Ads. Stratcol only provided me with an email address. ITS ONLY WHEN I phoned in that i got a number that didn't work. I am tired of having to go back and fourth regarding the debit instruction/voice mandate that i've requested. THEN 3 days later i was refunded, again no phone call or email. I have requested these documents which obviously is not being supplied because neither have my permission but still no response. ALL I WANT, seen as though the other information has not been provided, is a cancellation letter from both companies with their details to say that i will not be debited again.
