Please help. All four of my 1st semester courses have been cancelled due to non-payment of R2460 by 31 March. I received no reminder to pay and I totally forgot about the due date. I have since paid the outstanding amount and urgently need my courses reinstated. I have tried phoning but the phones do not seem to work.
Unisa is able to send us reminders to submit assignments and reminders to change exam venues but we receive no reminders to pay fees.
