In 1st semester 2012 I registered a maths module called DSC1630 submitted both assignments and wrote the exam. In June when results were released I received, the DSC1630 module had just disappeared from my academic record and not results were given to me. After endless complains to the inquiry desk I was then told that my school account was blocked and that was due to outstanding fees. Eventually after paying the outstanding fees for the 2nd semester i then sent another dozen of e-mails to the inquiry desk. Now I recently logged on my academic record and too my surprise Unisa has now added it but shows as a canceled module. after going then again to the Unisa offices now and requesting an explanation for this, I then repeatedly told that the necessary steps are being take and I should await for a response
I fail to understand why or how such a problem could arise in the 1st place because I fully completed the module, being both the exam as well as the assignments. And Unisa makes the module totally disappear after knowing they had received full payment for the module. After endless inquiry's they then have the audacity to tell me the module was canceled for no particular reason.
