I sent through an assignment on 29 Jan. I received the marked paper back 15 Mar. To my horror I find I got a 0 for question one because it was not attached. I immediatley checked my original copy and saw that there was indeed a Q1 attached. Since 18 Mar I have been trying to get this matter sorted but no luck. I've had to send the mark assignment as well as the original mail to both Lauren and Nicolette and have been emailing ever since for feedback. NO FEEDBACK!!!
I am really tired of being told that they are waiting for the assessors. I have submitted all my assessments and am still waiting for grades on the last 3 sent in between Feb and Mar.
I understand human error but surely when an assignment is printed out it is double checked to make sure. The incompetance of CJONES is appalling. Really now. That question is worth 55 marks. I want to pay this studies up asap so that I never have to hear about oxbridge again.
