Given a second chance

I submitted an Assignment of 4 pages a while ago and was now only waiting for my marks.
I received a call from Contilia stating that she saw 2 pages and on the bottom of the second she can see the start of an answer to Question 2 of that assignment.
She then gave me the opportunity to resend the assignment so that she can mark the entire question 2.
I have no idea how I did with the Assignment, but believe that without that question being marked, I would have had no chance of a decent mark.
Contilia Baloyi insists that she was just doing her job, but I feel that she went the extra mile and I would apart from the personal than you, like to thank her publically.
After a lot of stress when dealing with UNISA, Contilia has been a welcome change.
