Ive completed my BA degree last year november and still have not recieved my graduation pack. after phoning UNISA they refered me to SAQA because apparently they are the only one that can change my course code on the system seeing that i was registered under two different course codes for the same degree. I phoned two numbers for SAQA where no one picks up the call. I need this matter to be resolved as a matter of urgency as I wont be able to graduate in May because they havent audited me seeing that there shows a error on the system.
