I have been trying to call UNISA for a good part of the majority of my morning. All I want is a brochure and information on certain courses.
I have called 6 different numbers and have been waiting for /- 2 minutes on each number waiting for someone to pick up the phone. Basic calculation tells you that in total I have had phones ring for 12 minutes and no answer. Now it begs the question. Either UNISA doesnt have any staff OR they are not interested in gaining new students.
If this is the case now, imagine what would happen if I actually registed with them and needed to query something. No thank you!
If UNISA doesnt have the decency to pick up their phones, then they simply do not deserve my business.
