Pathetic service delivery from UNISA

I have never ending problems with UNISA, i was not informed of any fee's outstanding to unisa and now my registration has been cancelled for financial reasons,
ive spent a day constantly trying to phone a range of unisa contact numbers and every single number is either engaged or has some fault as all i get is beeping.

Nothing is ever resolved quickly, everything either takes weeks upon weeks to get dealt with or just never gets dealt with at all.
Last year i contacted the ombudsman regarding a huge lack of service delivery, contact and interaction and responses from lecturers in forums and online, huge issues with receiving assignments back in time to be able to use them for the exam, appalling examination venue conditions and big faults in exams where questions were asked of which there was no content at all in the study guides. I was informed that the matter was being looked at, and nothing since.

Is this what UNISA has come to??? Pathetic service delivery, shocking interaction from staff, and generally shocking in every aspect.

I saw someones comment saying UNISA (useless university of south africa) how true, when is something going to be done???
