I WANT MY REFUND PLEASE!!!

I sent Cassim Hill my refund form along with related documents on the 19th March requesting my refund of R12 309.34. Till today I am waiting for feedback and any kind of communication explaining where my refund is. the policy on the refund form stipulates that at the very maximum, this process takes 7 days for the money to be in one's account. what i want to know is where is my refund??? I have sent Cassim a string of emails which he never responded to and after trying to get hold of him for 2 days i finally got him to pick up the phone only to be told that the system is down. Now the way I see it, WITS would be sending me letters every week if i was owing money but now that i have over paid by such a large amount, it is not a priority and a matter of urgency to return money that belongs to me??? this is ridiculous and deserves to be published to everyone who cares to listen about the lack of communication and consideration that is being consistantly shown by a so called 'leading institution'!!!
