No Feedback received at all

I registered for my new Study Units 2 weeks agao, upon which time my Full fees for the semester were paid, not just the registration fees. I then received an sms a week later, stating that my registration would only be finalised upon payment of registration fee, I have however paid everything in full!!

I have sent several emails and smses and tried calling the numbers provided on the website only for no one to answer the phone. To date I have not received any feedback from UNISA. I think this is quite extremely poor service, ever since the call centre has been closed, it is impossible to get any feedback from Unisa!!

I simply want to find out what is happening with my registration before it is too late and I do not receive my books etc.
