On the 7th of November 2012, after bad publicity from Carte Blanche, (not being registered with SAQA) I've withdrawn my application for studies at Damelin. Handing the refund documentation in to the financial department staff. They told me, that the documentation has to be sent to the Durban office, as they are the only ones to deal with refunds, and that it would take 6 to 8 weeks before the application for a refund is approved.
I have made countless phone calls to the respective people. Only to find out that the paperwork arrived in Durban on the 22nd of February 2013! Making the calls from 2 numbers (probably know to Dale Chaplin) it ALWAYS goes to Voice mail. But... calling from an unknown number, he immediately answers!
I am not getting any feedback from Damelin, or respective staff dealing with my refund application.
