Struggle to get my refund back

I am very disappointed in the service provided from Damelin Correspondence from day one. 4 months now my husband struggle to get his deposit refunded with no luck. We cancelled due to the employee helping us not providing us with the correct information. Per e-mail my husband cancelled this transaction and got a reply back that the cancellation is approved he have to wait 90days for the refund. After 90days still no refund and still costing us phone calls, We had to phone them to find out where is his refund. This time getting to another employee that told us that the first employee did not follow the correct procedures we need to fill in documentation for this proses. THIS WE HAD TO FIND OUT 90DAYS AFTERWARDS. He send us the documentation and said no admin fees will be deducted because the transaction was not in proses. After completing the documentation we had to find out he send us the wrong e-mail address. More phone calls that we had to make. When we ask to speak to there account department, they said they don't take phone calls. Come on why do we have to go through all of this just to get our refund
