I am a current BBA degree student struggling with my last subject. I have written the exam for Financial management 3 times and handed in a portfolio. My portfolio got lost by Unisa which was my only hope to pass my last subject to get my degree. I have emailed and called for 2 years with little response, nobody taking responsibility and telling me "I cant help" or "you are in the wrong department". After talking to a student counsellor she told me to connect with other students they will help me because Unisa does not have the support system. So I have to find an unknown student and hopefully they can explain the work for me. I have registered for classes at Parow campus only to find out I am sitting in the wrong subject class and there is no class for my subject FIN2601.
I have given up, have been studying for 6years and only need one subject to get my degree and Unisa is just lifting up their hands and saying not our problem. 6years and thousands of rands wasted.
