My son supplied unisa with the proof that he had paid Unisa, and his work also payed his account there was an over payment of R5900, which was to be paid back to him. he supplied them with his banking details. they still went and paid the refund into the wrong account. When you try to phone them on the phone numbers they supply you with there is no reply. How are you supposed to sort out the problem if you cannot get hold of them. The mistake was from there side hope they are going to sort it out and refund his his over payment as soon as possible which he has requested from them. very disappointed in there service.
