Good day Sir / Madam

I have a query with regards to my registration at UNISA. I did an online registration at the beginning of this month, paid fees and faxed out documents as required for fees etc.

When I followed up on this registration, with the call centre, they told me that I have outstanding documents, yet I had faxed through a full academic record through, I then faxed the necessary required documents. I follow up again, I'm told its not picking up on the system. So I visit the UNISA office which is closest to me, hand in my documents, I'm then told to do registration again. So this is then done again, hand in all my documents again. I follow up again with the call centre, they say everything is up to date, but the application is not activated.

I don't understand why, as all my documents and finances are in order. I have lost count of the calls I have made to UNISA, only to be bounced back and forth with little to no assistance. I have sent emails to the departments and have no feedback yet.
Your assistance on the matter will be highly appreciated.
